ICFO Seminar
The speakers will give a short informative talk on what is a Comité de Empresa followed by a panel question session in which both speakers will answer all the questions you have for them. The talk will cover the topics of what is a Comité de Empresa, what are its competences and what can be achieved once it is established. Following the talk, we will open the floor for questions, where everyone is welcome to ask freely.
Speakers:
Gabriel: His experience includes a PhD in Physics as well as 10 years of work as a software engineer. Now he works at the Scientific Data Management group at ALBA Synchrotron here in Barcelona. He has been part of the Comité de Empresa there for 8 years, where his main activities are Delegate of Prevention, member of the safety and health committee and member of the work groups for evaluation of psico-social risks.
Óscar: His experience includes a degree on Arabic Philology, as well as a degree on Hebrew Studies. He currently works as an analyst and researcher in the company Dow Jones (Wall Street Journal) where he also holds the position of President of the Comité de Empresa and Delegate of Prevention for 4 years.
