Organized by the Hypatia Mars Association in collaboration with the Institut d’Estudis Espacials de Catalunya (IEEC), and the Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology (BIST), this event will count with the participation of women and girls at different stages of their academic and professional journeys — from undergraduate students to senior professionals.
The event will feature :
• An inspiring opening talk
• Three roundtable discussions with experts from academia and industry: recent graduates, mid-career professionals and established leaders
• Networking opportunities during a coffee break
Each session will explore the obstacles and possibilities faced by women in science and technology across different career stages.
This is a great opportunity to engage with role models, gain insight into diverse career paths, and connect with peers and professionals in the field.
