The Catalonia node of the red ACTS network, in collaboration with HacTe, is looking for artists, scientists, and technologists to participate in the third Open Forum on Arts, Science & Technology. This will take place on the morning of 12 June 2025 as part of Sónar+D in Barcelona.
Following the success of the previous two editions, the Open Forum will once again provide a platform for participants to share artistic and scientific research questions, fostering encounters and exchanges between diverse communities of knowledge. The interventions aim to spark curiosity, encourage conversation and forge relationships, as well as new ACTS collaborations.
Previous editions have given rise to fruitful collaborations, such as the partnership between Blanca Pujals and the IFAE on the ‘A Synthetic Universe’ project, and the collaboration between Marta Royo Llonch and researchers from the UOC, ICM-CSIC and BAU on the AMOC project, supported by FCRI 2025 grants.
