Wellbeing Workshops for Women Researchers

This fall, BIST wants to make sure that our women researchers are ready to tackle any challenge that they may face in their daily life and in their career. With the support of the Barcelona City Council-joint culture and science capital, BIST offers now four different workshops for women working in the BIST centres. These workshops are the natural follow-up of the sessions that our Mothers of Science did some months ago, and also part of our WellBIST programme, aimed at providing resources, training and psychological support to our community.

These workshops offer a place to reflect and learn in a collaborative way, surrounded by other professionals, with the aim of sharing and increasing the skills, resources and strategies to face daily challenges. These activities promote the exchange among participants, the formation of synergies and the empowerment of the participants, in a proactive and collaborative session.
