This webinar offers the chance to learn about the career journey of three Group Leaders. Dr Krieg, Dr Martínez and Dr Dieguez will share their own experience: they will give insights on their steps and motivations, and some tips on which are the skills required to apply and to become a Group Leader.

Which are the best career strategies to reach the position of Group Leader? Which are the main requirements to be eligible? How is a selection process? All these and many other topics will be covered in the 1,5-hour session.
