The Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology (BIST), is organizing a special training event on February 7th, 2019 for gaining skills in presenting scientific research to school children in an engaging and inspiring way.
The event will be the lead up to the 100tífiques event which will send over one hundred women scientists to give talks and inspire children at schools all over Catalonia on February 11th, 2019 at 11am, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. These talks will be aimed at an audience aged 11-12 years old and will be available via streaming to anyone interested. About 20,000 young people are expected to be reached through these talks!
