BIST researchers receive 2019 ERC Proof of Concept Grants

Two researchers working at BIST centres have been awarded prestigious 2019 European Research Council (ERC) Proof of Concept Grants this month.

The European Research Council (ERC) announced the first round of 2019 winners of the prestigious ERC Proof of Concept grants this month. Among the winners are two researchers working at two centres of the Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology (BIST):

Adrian Bachtold of The Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO) for the project entitled “Room Temperature Magnetic Resonance Force Microscopy”

Daniel Maspoch of the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2) for the project entitled “Hybrid Bead Adsorbents”
