Important information

Citizen science activity: we will use a mobile app (iNaturalist) for the Citizen Science activity (Ritme Natura). Download it in your cell phone (Android, iOS) before the date and create a username. This activity will be mainly conducted in Catalan.

Presentations from the Commissions, Working Groups and Taskforces: one representative from each Commissions, WG, or takforce will go on stage (lectern with microphone) to present. You need to coordinate with your group to select the representative and to agree on the speech.

  • What to explain: the goal of the group, the activities and/or milestones achieved during the last year, and the vision and goals for the next 12 months.
  • Maximum time per group: 5 minutes.
  • No powerpoints allowed, BUT, you can use images (photos, drawings) if you want to. If you plan to show an image, you need to send it by July 12th to communication@bist.eu

Although we will have the presentations and lunch in a closed space with A/C, we will spent some time (aprox. 1 hour) outdoors when doing the citizen science activity. Therefore, we recommend sunscreen and comfortable shoes to walk in a non-paved terrain.

We are looking forward to share the Meet-up with you!
