Join the BIST Career Week! 5 days full of contents designed to help you in your career development. Learn trips and tricks in the morning, and explore new job opportunities in the afternoon. All activities are free and open to everyone.

Workshops: learn from experts and get ready for your next professional move. Every morning (Mon-Fri), online, from 10:00 to 12:00.

Roundtables: listen to professionals working in science-related jobs and ask them about their job and the paths they took. Every afternoon (Mon-Thu), online, from 15:00 to 16:30.

The BIST Career Week is an event organized by the BIST People Commission and counts with the support of the Barcelona City Council.

When working in a research environment with multiple responsibilities, it is invaluable to embed effective skills in workload prioritisation and task management.  These approaches will help progress core activities alongside maintaining other responsibilities.

During this focused workshop, participants will apply practical tools to their current workload to prioritise and plan tasks.  We will discuss distraction and decision dilemma reduction, which helps reduce stress.
